Planning a week takes energy, and that energy is often gone right when you need it. An AI assistant will not do the work for you. It can take some of the friction out of getting started. Here are three ways to try it.
Write everything on your mind in one messy list: tasks, errands, ideas, worries. Paste it into an assistant and ask it to group the items and flag anything with a deadline this week. You keep the decisions. It helps you see the pile.
Pick the task that feels too big to start. Ask for steps that each take 15–30 minutes. A small first step is easier to begin than a vague goal.
Say how many hours you actually have each day. Ask for a draft that leaves breathing room. Move things until the week feels doable. If it only works on a perfect day, it is not a plan yet.
Try one of these this week and keep what works. Viralize’s first product will be a short guide for this kind of planning. It is not for sale yet, and there is no date on it. Join the list if you want a note when it is ready.
